► Demand Planning & Adaptability: Continuously monitor production schedules and sales forecasts, and adjust inventory plans accordingly.

► Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the Shipping/Receiving department and the Purchasing team to ensure proper inventory flow and replenishment.

► Inventory Audits & Accuracy: Perform regular cycle counts and spot checks to verify inventory accuracy and support annual audits with the Quality Systems Manager.

► Process Improvement: Develop, document, and enforce inventory management policies and SOPs; implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

► Reporting & Metrics: Track key inventory metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.

► Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the inventory control team, train and mentor staff, and ensure a safe, organized warehouse environment.

► Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for inventory-related issues and implement corrective actions.

► Minimum 5 years of inventory management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

► Extensive knowledge of inventory control principles, demand forecasting, and stock optimization.

► Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP system for inventory control and reporting.

► Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

► Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
