Who We Are

At Inverto North America, we’re shaping the future of procurement and supply chain—and we’re doing it with ambition, pace, and purpose. Backed by BCG and driven by our own entrepreneurial spirit, we work globally with market-leading clients to deliver strategies that make businesses stronger.

Our people are at the heart of that impact. We’re experts in our field, and we don’t stand still. We grow our capabilities, expand our offering, and scale our global presence—together. Our success opens new doors for everyone here, and we make sure that growth is shared.

As we build and expand our team of technology sourcing leaders, we’re looking for someone who brings tech Sourcing expertise, strategic clarity, collaborative energy, and a clear ambition to lead. If you want to make a tangible difference, build lasting client relationships, and shape what comes next—we’d love to have you with us.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant in Tech Sourcing, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful, data-driven sourcing strategies for leading clients. You’ll work hands-on with complex IT categories—diving into cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and beyond—to uncover value, assess suppliers, and build recommendations that make a difference.

You won’t just gather insights—you’ll turn them into action. You’ll advise clients on the right solutions, partners, and commercial structures, helping them navigate decisions that shape their technology future.

From day one, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced leaders, gain exposure to C-level thinking, and take ownership of workstreams that matter. You’ll also help guide junior colleagues—sharing your knowledge and setting the pace for the team.
As part of a fast-growing practice, you’ll have space to shape your journey. Whether you’re looking to deepen your expertise, explore new industries, or take the next step in your consulting career, we’ll support you with tailored development and real responsibility.

You’ll grow, you’ll contribute, and you’ll do it alongside a team that wants to see you succeed.

As part of a high-growth company, with accelerated opportunities you will be responsible to:

  • Lead and deliver sourcing projects. Independently support or lead RFIs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end sourcing strategies across IT categories—always aligned with client goals.
  • Drive analysis and value creation. Identify and size value opportunities through rigorous capability, price, and service benchmarking.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of contracts and data to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Shape IT sourcing strategies. Translate opportunity assessments into IT sourcing strategies—whether that’s renegotiating contracts, creating preferred supplier pools, or right-sizing demand.
  • Engage directly with clients. Collaborate with operational and mid-level client stakeholders, prepare impactful presentations, and contribute meaningfully in meetings and workshops.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Work in a fast-paced setting where ownership and innovation are encouraged. With early responsibility and broad exposure, you’ll help drive outcomes that make a real difference—for clients and your team.
  • Contribute to our knowledge ecosystem. Keep benchmark tools up to date, share category expertise, and turn project insights into best practices for our solutions and new offerings. Work with internal product and leadership teams to ensure consistent delivery and knowledge transfer across projects.
  • Support research and offering development. Conduct targeted research for expert categories, monitor market trends, and make proactive suggestions to strengthen our capabilities.
  • Mentor and grow others. Take on initial management responsibility and steer junior staff and on your team. Providing feedback and helping them build confidence and capability.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in IT sourcing across multiple sub-categories
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven ability to analyze data, benchmark contracts, and support supplier negotiations
  • Strong analytical skills and subject-matter expertise in at least one IT category (e.g., hardware, software, or services)
  • Confidence to work independently, share perspectives, and influence client decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a high level of personal accountability
  • Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills
  • Willingness to travel to work with clients and Inverto teams. At times, this role will require significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects
  • An authentic, entrepreneurial spirit that thrives through team collaboration

Who You'll Work With

  • Talented colleagues who are experts in procurement, tech sourcing and beyond
  • Highly driven individuals who bring energy and focus to every challenge
  • Entrepreneurial thinkers with a strong growth mindset
