What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a dedicated esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of experience and an established client book. You should bring a positive attitude, a passion for clean beauty, and a commitment to teamwork and personal growth.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Waxing & Sugaring: High proficiency in full-body, Brazilian, and intimate waxing (2+ years).
• Lashes & Brows: Experience with brow lamination and lash lifts (1+ year).
• Facials & Skincare: Knowledge of facial techniques, massage, and clinical skincare (1+ year).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing customized, results-driven treatments including waxing, facials, and lash/brow services.
• Supporting ABB’s retail goals by educating clients and recommending high-quality products.
• Building lasting relationships with clients while retaining and growing your client book.
• Maintaining a clean, professional workspace and providing exceptional customer service.
• Attending team meetings, training sessions, and consistently meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
