ID&C is looking for an talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will work closely with other designers, marketers, and sales team to produce engaging designs that meet client needs. You’ll be responsible for executing creative requests efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

• The position is in-office from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday with the option for hybrid working at manager’s discretion.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute creative requests for festivals wristbands and accreditation as well as key cards for hotels and resort clients
• Work on a variety of in house design projects, including branding, marketing assets, and product visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

What you need to succeed:

• A degree or relevant experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with motion graphics or UI/UX design.
• Experience with videography and editing
• Basic knowledge of print production processes.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media graphics.
