Labor & Employment Attorney – Top Tier Legal 500 Global Firms (Hybrid, Los Angeles)

Are you an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney ready to elevate your practice with one of the world's most elite law firms? I am currently working with multiple globally renowned Legal 500 law firms who are seeking talented and driven attorneys to join their thriving Los Angeles offices.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on industry-leading employment matters alongside Chambers recommended partners, gaining exposure to high-stakes disputes, class actions, highly sensitive investigations, and high profile disputes requiring media mitigation.

What You'll Do:

• Advise clients on a full spectrum of labor & employment issues, including but not limited to: wrongful termination, wage & hour, workplace investigations, discrimination, harassment, and compliance.
• Handle high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings, including class actions, and international disputes.
• Contribute to risk management strategies and employment counseling for major corporate clients.
• Collaborate cross-practice with M&A, corporate, and litigation teams on employment aspects of high-value transactions.

What We’re Looking For:

I am currently working on Associate roles which range from 2-5 years, as well as Senior Associate and Counsel roles requiring 5+ years.

• You will need solid L&E experience at a leading Amlaw 200 law firm, or boutique
• Strong litigation and/or counseling experience in California employment law
• Impeccable academic credentials and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Admission to the California Bar
• A proactive, business-savvy approach and genuine enthusiasm for client service
