Responsibilities - Conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Develop and lead your own team
- Create and manage marketing ads across various social media platforms
- Review and analyse ads on multiple social media platforms
- Lead global training calls via Zoom
- Research new marketing ad platforms
- Daily business administration
- Participate in business system training
- Utilize personal development and leadership programs
Ideal candidate - Proven marketing experience
- Enjoys working remotely
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency

- Self-driven and proactive attitude
- Strong leadership abilities or interest in leadership
