Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with potential candidates
• Develop and lead your own team
• Create and manage marketing ads across various social media platforms
• Review and analyse ads on multiple social media platforms
• Lead global training calls via Zoom
• Research new marketing ad platforms
• Daily business administration
• Participate in business system training
• Utilize personal development and leadership programs

Ideal candidate

• Proven marketing experience
• Enjoys working remotely
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
