Position Overview: In this role, you will provide hands-on support and lead key legal operations workstreams and projects. You'll be responsible for supporting Crazy Maple Studio's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, managing various legal operations projects, and supporting our Legal Affairs team's strategic goals.
Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize our CLM system, ensuring smooth, efficient contract workflows across Crazy Maple Studio's platforms.
- Provide daily support and administration for our CLM system, handling critical workstreams for our essential contracts.
- Collaborate with our business and finance teams to support deal processes, ensuring compliant, streamlined contract execution.
- Manage and enhance legal tech solutions and systems, including legal automation and AI-driven contract review.
- Oversee relationships and negotiate fee arrangements with external law firms.
- Lead and coordinate legal operations projects, engaging with stakeholders across Crazy Maple Studio to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement efficient frameworks to support Legal Affairs in strategic legal work, aligned with Crazy Maple Studio's business goals.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a legal operations role, ideally within an international company or law firm.
- 3+ years managing contract management processes and a CLM system.
- Strong grasp of legal, contract management, and corporate governance policies, roles, and procedures.
- Experience managing external law firm relationships and fee negotiations (preferred but not required).
- Ability to bridge technical, legal, and business teams, aligning legal and business needs with technical requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects across teams, ideally in a multi-time-zone environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance processes and streamline workflows.
