You Are:

• An experienced Lighting Designer that has specialized in luxury residential. You are good with people and feel comfortable collaborating with a sales team along with direct client and project team interaction. You love painting a space with light, passionate about the creation of spaces that enhance the lives of clients, and enjoy working with a team to deliver on that goal.

You Have: 

• Experience with Lighting Design software (DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance) and architectural drafting software (CAD & Revit). Knowledge of lighting control systems like Lutron QSX. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• In-Person
• 5600 Excelsior Blvd #201, St Louis Park, MN 55416

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm (CST)

• Assist Sales & Marketing: Client Meetings, Presentations, Lunch & Learns 
• Collaborate: Client, Internal Teams (Sales, PM, Eng), Architect, GC, Electrician
• Project Docs: Gather, Modify, Update, Distribute
• Lighting Plans: Layouts, Renderings, Intent, Mood Boards
• Fixture & Driver Spec: Selection, Maintenance, Distribution
• Product Details: Ensure selections meet the needs of the client
• Site Visits/Walks: Attend, take notes, modify project as needed
• Scene Creation: Determine levels across loads to achieve "Wow!"
• Button Engravings: Suggest, review, align to a great user experience
• Aiming/Tuning: Highlight art, architectural features, and finishes
• Night Tuning: Visit sites and set levels for optimal effect
• Proficiency with Lighting Design Software: DIAlux, AGi32, Radiance
• Daily Use Architectural Software: CAD & Revit
• Understand the built environment and phases of construction projects

• $50k to $90k/yr – Yup!
