Inpatient Pharmacist Opportunity in Lakewood, NJ. Inpatient adults only Can see peds in ER 54 med/surg/tele beds 10 ICU OR/SDS radiology/IR ER 2 years exp required... Assignment Duration: 13 weeks Shift Times: 7:30-4, rotating 6:30-3, 8:30-5, 10:30-7, and 2:30-11 for 5x8s Weekend Requirement: Potentially cover weekends or overnight, as needed Certifications Required? RPh, NJ state license required Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER Role must be chemo-certified and able to sterile compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred Charting System: Epic experience required Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding Other: Parking: free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed
