Base pay range

$36.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Our client, an entertainment company in Santa Monica is looking for a Manager of Global Paid Media & Analytics to support the team. In this role, you will be oversee media campaign planning and execution for theatrical, home entertainment, and premium video on demand releases. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong media planning experience and excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to work Hybrid in Santa Monica

Pay: $36-38/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across digital, social, TV, radio, and outdoor channels
• Analyze historical data and competitive insights to support media strategy development
• Review and provide feedback on media schedules across various platforms and markets
• Coordinate on-air and radio sponsorships directly with partners
• Oversee media trafficking and ensure accurate delivery across all platforms
• Align media plans with broader marketing initiatives
• Track and report on digital and social media performance during campaign flights
• Manage and mentor a Media Coordinator
• Work closely with media agencies and partners to ensure campaign success
• Support budget tracking and invoice processing
• Assist the broader media team as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of media agency or related industry experience (entertainment experience preferred)
• Experience managing or mentoring team members preferred
• Strong analytical and media math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
