Job Description

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting CIMON’s marketing efforts, focusing on: social media, content creation, and email marketing.

This internship offers hands-on experience in developing marketing campaigns, planning and executing content strategies, and assisting with key industry events. You will have the opportunity to work on video production, graphic design, press releases, and social media planning, contributing to impactful marketing strategies that enhance CIMON’s brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Tradeshow Support:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of tradeshows and events.
• Help prepare marketing materials, booth displays, and promotional content for events.
• Coordinate logistics, including shipments, schedules, and on-site support.
• Capture event content (photos, videos, social media updates) to maximize post-event engagement.

Content Creation & Social Media:

• Develop engaging marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and press releases.
• Assist with graphic design and video content creation for promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan and schedule content across multiple social media platforms ( LinkedIn, YouTube, and others) to maintain an active and engaging presence.
• Monitor and report on social media analytics to optimize content strategy.

Email Marketing & CRM Management:

• Support the planning, design, and execution of email campaigns.
• Organize and maintain marketing data in HubSpot CRM.
• Assist in analyzing email performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Marketing Material Inventory & Organization:

• Assist in managing and organizing marketing materials, promotional items, and branded assets.
• Ensure all materials are up-to-date and readily available for sales and marketing activities.

Market Research & Data Analysis:

• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights to improve effectiveness.
• Support SEO efforts, including keyword research and content optimization.

Collaboration & Additional Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Assist in various marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Experience with social media management, video editing, and graphic design.
• Understanding of content management systems, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive insights.
• Enthusiasm for trade-shows , content planning, and brand storytelling.
