Mixologist

Job Description:

We are looking for creative and experienced Mixologists to join our team for on-demand roles at various upscale bars and establishments. Ideal candidates are those who have a passion for mixology, an extensive knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to provide an exceptional drinking experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business):

• Create and serve a range of innovative and classic cocktails and beverages.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make drink recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all drinks.
• Manage the bar inventory and ensure adequate stock levels of spirits, mixers, and other bar supplies.
• Design new cocktail recipes and contribute to the bar menu.

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender with strong cocktail knowledge.
• Creative flair and a passion for mixology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of current trends in cocktails and mixology.
• Professional and positive demeanor.
• Relevant training or certification in bartending or mixology is preferred.
