Salesforce for Government Our team sells to Federal Civilian Agencies, State & Local Agencies, DoD, and Government Contractors. As a Named Account Executive, you will drive growth within federal civilian agencies, focusing on developing strategies for adoption, retention, and expansion within your assigned accounts. Experience with federal agencies, especially DOJ/FBI, is highly desirable. Your Impact You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and guiding them on the Salesforce Platform to achieve their goals and innovate within their organizations. You will contribute to our growth in a dynamic, collaborative, and engaging environment as part of our Ohana. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in federal agencies. Understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Drive adoption of Salesforce products. Collaborate with internal teams to support account success. Create strategic account plans to increase revenue. Monitor and report on key metrics like sales pipeline and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience. 8+ years in sales or account management, preferably in tech, with SaaS experience preferred. Experience with federal agencies or public sector, especially DOJ/FBI, is highly desirable. Proven success in exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
