ROLE DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily operations of the office. Manage office staff and delegate tasks. Ensure a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Implement and enforce office policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to support agency operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software and management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health License (must be able to obtain). Interest in Financial Services/Securities preferred. Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
