Onsite Job - Principal RF Test and Development Engineer | Baltimore, Maryland, United States Indotronix is seeking a Onsite Job - Principal RF Test and Development Engineer for a Job Opportunity in Baltimore,Maryland Job Description : • What You'll Get to Do: Setting up, calibrating and operating COTS and custom RF, Digital and Power equipment in support of factory test of production product

Troubleshoot RF, Digital and Power issues during test of advanced antenna systems.
Support technicians with troubleshooting and training
Analyze test data and identify early trends
Support program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions
Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements
Sensitivity to cost, schedule, and quality as well as Northrop Grumman policies and procedures is imperative
Monitor product yields and aggressively work to maintain program yield targets
Interface with manufacturing management, test technicians, production engineers, design engineers, system engineers, program management and program support teams

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of RF theory and concepts; and a working knowledge of digital circuit design. They will have analytical skills to review requirements, test plans, and test scenarios; and the ability to effectively communicate across teams. They should be self-directed, organized, team oriented and have previous experience with MS Office tools. This position may be filled as either an RF Test and Development Engineer or a Principal RF Test and Development Engineer. Required Skill Set :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field plus 0 years of experience.
Ability to read and interpret specifications, schematics and block diagrams
Experience with RF hardware and software
Experience with RF test equipment, such as scopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator

Desired Skills Set :

Advanced degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline
Ability to work with minimal direction and guidance
Experience with LabWindows CVI, C / C++ programming
Proficiency with digital, analog, power supplies, RF test equipment, RF theory and high speed digital.
Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardware

Education Qualification : Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) Indotronix International Corporation
