Contract: W2, Contract

Duration: 6- Months

Location: On-site at Culver City, CA (some flexibility)

Pay Range: 28-32/Hour DOE

Brief Summary:

We are seeking a Post Production Coordinator t o join the Worldwide Production & Operations team. This individual will support the Post Production Management team and assist with the post-production, delivery, and asset management for award-winning content.

Responsibilities:

• Track the progress and manage delivery of assets from third-party productions.
• Learn, maintain, and manage cost-tracking systems.
• Organize and track post-production budgets, vendor information, distribution lists, and schedules.
• Maintain detailed summary documents and expansive asset/document libraries.
• Manage daily Post Executive calendars and assigned projects.
• Regularly interact with Production, Development, Localization, Mastering, and Technology department teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Public Relations, and Prime Video team members as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in post-production coordination or similar creative operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Communications, Film, Television, Media, or related fields).
• Strong writing and communication skills required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with proven attention to detail.
• Proficiency with asset management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Must be highly motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows is a plus.
