Job Description

Job Title: Creative Services Coordinator III (Post Production Coordinator)

Duration: 6 months with possible conversion

Location: Culver City, CA

The Studios, the television development and production arm of our client, is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Creative Services Coordinator III to support the Originals Post Production Management team in Culver City, CA. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with strong communication and administrative skills, and a passion for series television post-production.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cost-tracking systems.
  • Track progress and manage the delivery of assets from third-party productions to the client's Studios.
  • Organize and track post-production budgets, bids, schedules, distribution lists, and vendor information.
  • Regularly interact with coordinators from production, development, localization, mastering, and technology departments.
  • Manage daily Post Executive calendars and projects.
  • Engage regularly with marketing, public relations, and Prime Video team members.
  • Maintain detailed summary documents and expansive asset and document libraries.
  • Facilitate communication on the assigned series between production and the studio.
  • Manage distribution lists and ensure timely dissemination of cuts and other materials.
  • Receive and update internal calendars and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume workload.
  • Understanding of series television post-production processes.
  • Positive, willing-to-learn attitude.
  • Experience with Airtable and Excel.
  • Familiarity with PIX or Flow Capture.
  • Movie Magic Budgeting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working on high-end streaming TV series at companies like Netflix, HBO, Apple TV, or Disney+.
