Lead Preschool Teacher

Were looking for a warm, energetic, and nurturing Lead Preschool Teacher to inspire our little learners during these magical early years. If you love giggles, story time, and helping children discover the joy of learning, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, loving classroom where young children feel secure, supported, and ready to explore.

• Spark curiosity with engaging activitiesfrom songs, stories, and sensory play to hands-on art, STEM, and dramatic play.

• Foster early literacy skills with interactive phonics, pre-reading games, and guided opportunities for children to recognize letters, sounds, and words.

• Introduce the joy of language through beginner Spanish lessons, songs, and cultural activities.

• Encourage social-emotional growth with kindness, patience, and daily routines that help children thrive.

• Collaborate with families to celebrate milestones and share each childs learning journey.

• Be a role model of joy, creativity, and positive energyevery single day.

Qualifications:

• A passion for working with toddlers and preschoolers, and the patience to meet each child where they are.

• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

• Previous experience as a Lead Teacher in an early childhood environment required.

• CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to get re-certified).

• A commitment to nurturing happiness, growth, and lifelong love of learning.
