Outcode is hiring for a Product Owner to join our product-focused team! The Product Owner plans and leads software and technical product management, project management and client management activities. Successful Product Owners are naturally curious, have amazing communication skills and understand product lifecycle as well as Agile project management and working effectively in a team and managing an assistant.

As a candidate for the Product Owner position your responsibilities will be:

• Managing the complete lifecycle of highly complex software projects, including approval, planning, execution, and review to ensure planned results are achieved on time
• Working with business owners, development staff, and cross functional teams to establish and achieve goals both internally and with our clients
• Core client communication
• Creating and reviewing reports before passing to the Client
• Overseeing quality assurance procedures
• Preparing product review
• Documenting product details
• Working with an assistant to manage a variety of projects and effectively deliver Client ROI
• Implementing company methodologies and product principles

You are an individual that might:

• Be detail oriented and able to coordinate work streams for on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring project details are accounted for and acted upon
• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and presentation skills (communication to executive level is preferred)
• Experience with software project management tools (e.g. Clickup, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Experience using UML documentation throughout the project planning phase
• Knowledge of standard software QA/QC activities and processes
• Knowledge of basic UI/UX software design
• Understanding of system architecture and design
