Program Manager- 988 Crisis Hotline

Our Assistant Director of Crisis Services will receive a competitive sign on bonus!

Position will serve Clermont and Brown Counties

Degree Required : Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology

License Required: LSW, LPC

License Preferred: LPCC, LPCC-S, IMFT, IMFT-S, LISW, LISW-S

Primary job responsibilities:

• Directs the planning, development and daily operations of the 988 Clermont and Brown Crisis Hotline.
• Manages departmental policies and procedures and updates these as appropriate.
• Engages in fiscal planning and review.
• Provides clinical supervision and consultation to team members.
• Supports the expansion of services in new counties and engages in marketing activities to support departmental goals.
• Serves on community committees in order to foster relationships and provide connection to resources.
• Facilitates community trainings to increase awareness of services offered.
• Collects and synthesizes data for department reports to multiple sources.
• Hires and trains new team members and fosters growth within the team.
