Job Description

Swoon is hiring a Project Coordinator for an exciting long-term opportunity with one of our leading clients in the utilities industry . This role will support key initiatives tied to infrastructure modernization, with a focus on stakeholder coordination, project tracking, and documentation management.

📍 Location:

Hybrid in Allentown, PA

(Onsite Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)

Duration:

12-month contract with potential for extension

💵 Pay Rate:

$44/hour | 40 hours per week | W2 only

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage budget tracking and expenditure reporting
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings; document key outcomes
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and project updates for internal teams
  • Coordinate administrative and ad hoc project tasks
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with project frameworks and standards
  • Help assess project risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
  • Maintain detailed and organized project records

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or PMO support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working in highly regulated or utility/energy environments is a plus
