Seeking Project Manager candidates with relevant Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Clients such as DOEOP. Provide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting (Project Manager) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focusing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).
Oversees energy-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with DOE goals. Align with Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area initiatives as a Project Manager that Manages large-scale energy projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.
Project Manager is responsible for key functions such as developing analyses, supporting initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The role of Project Manager involves supporting DOE initiatives with analysis, collaboration, and strategic implementation. Core services include advising on policies, improving efficiency, managing projects, and ensuring compliance.

The Project Manager role may involve cross-functional collaboration and participation in high-level DOE strategy discussions. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the individuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents related to our operations must either be cleared (Secret Fcl / Top Secret Fcl) or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance (i.e. DOE Q).
