We work with government entities, underwriters, and private organizations to navigate the complexities of public finance, corporate finance, and transactional law while delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions.
Job Overview:

We are seeking a Public Finance Associate with 2-4 years of experience at a large (50+ attorney) corporate or public law firm. This role involves handling sophisticated public finance transactions, working directly with government agencies and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience and be comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously.
Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in public finance, corporate finance, or transactional law.
• Experience working at a large (50+ attorney) corporate or public law firm.
• Active California Bar membership (Required).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Newport Beach, CA.
