We’re actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about communication, live events, and brand promotion. Whether you're a recent graduate or transitioning into PR, you'll gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Assisting with the planning and execution of event-based PR campaigns
Engaging with event attendees and the public to communicate brand messages and build relationships
Coordinating live promotional activities and supporting campaign logistics
Monitoring campaign performance, media mentions, and public response
Collecting feedback and contributing ideas to enhance public outreach strategies
Collaborating with internal marketing and event teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
Handling administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and follow-up communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
A proactive, team-first attitude with a professional demeanor
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
A genuine interest in public relations, event marketing, and communications
Prior experience in PR, marketing, events, or customer service is a plus—but not required
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
