The Role : CompRehab, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of SFM Mutual Insurance Company, and is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant, who will work with injured employees, providing medical management services, while assessing their vocational status and goals, to assist them in returning to work. In this role, you will act as a resource for vocational matters assisting injured workers, employers, claim representatives, physicians, and various other parties to support the successful resolution of workers’ compensation claims. You are required to comply with statutory and rule requirements, as well as provide effective case management. This role can be filled with either an Intern or a fully credentialed Rehabilitation Counselor; your job title and duties will be based on your work experience and background. This position will provide you many opportunities to grow and stretch yourself while affording you balance in your life.

Physical Requirements
Work takes place in a semi paperless environment within a home office setting or other remote location, or in-office, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, which requires being stationary for extended periods of time. Reliable internet connection is needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, and maintain concentration and focus. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and work with close vision. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Work is performed indoors with little to no exposure to extreme outdoor weather conditions. Regular attendance is required.
The base pay posted is just one component of SFM’s total compensation package. The salary range listed represents the full compensation range for this position. Job title and starting pay will be based on the selected candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, and education, if applicable as well as internal equity with other employees in the same job classification. Applicants that are not fully credentialed QRC's in the state of MN will be hired as an intern and the salary range is: $66,396 to $92,000.00
