Core Responsibilities

· Maintain a file of Certificates of Insurance for both tenants and vendors

· Maintain a schedule of service contracts by property

· Maintain and update a list of preferred vendors in each trade

· Manage the recurring manual billings (water, sewer, electric, etc.)

· Coordinate collection efforts of accounts receivable

· This will include the preparation of past-due statements

 

Qualifications / Skills

· Must possess a minimum of 3+ years’ administrative experience.

· Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

· Excellent calendar management skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational skills

 

Benefits:

Location: Fully Remote

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Paid time off

Monday to Friday
