This is an independent contractor role and 100% commission-based. Earnings are performance-driven and uncapped.

Host virtual meetings with individuals interested in protection options
Help them understand their eligibility and plan choices
Complete digital applications accurately
Keep organized records and track follow-ups
Attend learning sessions to improve results
