What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate with the Relocation Manager and Director of Leasing to support leasing efforts.
  • Travel to homes and apartments (60-80% of your time) to showcase properties and highlight key features.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market to optimize marketing strategies and pricing.
  • Tailor property tours to prospective renters’ needs, achieving a 40%+ leasing conversion rate.
  • Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the centralized leasing team, including responding to inquiries and preparing reports.
  • Assist with marketing, including creating social media content, setting up promotional materials, and delivering move-in gifts.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance while representing the company.
  • Drive safely and responsibly; a clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the last seven years is required.
