Revenue Operations Manager Location: Dallas, TX | Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to keep our go-to-market engine running at full speed. This role is hands‑on and detail‑driven – perfect for someone who loves getting into the weeds of systems and data to help businesses grow. You’ll be the go‑to person for RevOps questions, requests, and quick‑turn fixes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. From keeping HubSpot clean to untangling Salesforce flows and making sure reporting actually reflects reality, you’ll play a key part in helping our teams run efficiently and make better decisions. What You’ll Do Own the Systems Manage and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gainsight to support GTM operations and reporting needs. Handle day‑to‑day requests—new fields, workflow tweaks, user setup, and troubleshooting. Partner with the Head of Revenue Operations to implement architecture changes that make data flows more efficient, reliable, and scalable. Ensure existing integrations are working correctly and data is flowing cleanly across platforms. Assist with migrations and new integrations as our tech stack evolves to meet business needs. Keep the Data Tight Maintain clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date records across all systems. Monitor system usage and data trends to spot issues early. Ensure all reporting reflects a single, trusted source of truth. Support the Process Document, refine, and execute operational processes that keep GTM teams aligned. Work hand‑in‑hand with our sales, marketing and CS professionals to ensure they are using best practices and getting the most out of our tools (and as easily as possible!) Improve lead routing, territory management, opportunity stages, and handoffs between teams. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work. What We’re Looking For Basic Qualifications Salesforce certification (Administrator or higher). 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM ops role. Practical experience with marketing and/or CX‑ops tools like HubSpot and Gainsight. Proven ability to manage and maintain clean data across multiple systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with a BI or visualization tool (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or data sync tools (e.g., Zapier, Tray.io, Workato). Familiarity with Data Warehousing software (e.g., Snowflake) Strong organizational and communication skills—you can juggle requests without dropping the ball. A bias toward action: when something breaks, you’re already fixing it. Located in Dallas, TX (role is hybrid, with 3 days in our Dallas office per week preferred) What Success Looks Like Dashboards are accurate, up to date, and trusted by leadership. GTM teams rely on you for quick answers and efficient solutions. Data syncs cleanly between systems, with minimal manual cleanup. Processes run smoothly because you’ve built them to scale.
