Qualifications

To join our team, you should have:

• A valid state of Michigan RN license.
• An associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.

Essential Functions

In this role, you will:

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care.
• Evaluate learning needs and provide education to patients and families.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
