In this role, you will:

Provide expert medical advice to patients over the phone.
Assess patient needs and determine appropriate levels of care.
Educate patients on self-care and preventative measures.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of nursing experience (ED, call center, or triage in a provider office preferred)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
Compact nursing license holders are encouraged to apply. Additional nursing licenses may be required.
