Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist

Overview:

Metairie, Louisiana - Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and position our client as a thought leader in the benefits space.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the company website.

• Create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, case studies, and newsletters, to attract and educate potential clients.

• Collaborate with the Project Management team to qualify leads, understand client needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and industry conferences to network with potential clients and partners.

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and results.

• Regularly report on marketing and sales activities, outcomes, and ROI, using data to drive better decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.

• Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds.

• Ability to travel for industry events and client meetings as required.
