Summary

These top performers will join an industry-leading team as we launch our Retail 2.0 initiative combining the best elements of our world class showroom, cutting edge digital resources, and mobile showroom strategies.

Duties

Responsibilities of the Salesperson role include:

• Meeting or exceeding all required sales goals and metrics.
• Ensuring showroom business development and sales strategies.
• Building and managing long-term customer relationships to produce exceptional results.
• Providing consistent leadership and an unwavering commitment to world-class customer service.
• Assist consumers to find best solution for their flooring needs in their homes.
• Pursue opportunities from incoming showroom, phone inquiries, and web leads.
• In-Home consultations and job scoping.
• Detailed estimate creation and closing sales.

Requirements

GREAT candidates for the Salesperson position should have:

• A history of demonstrated success in sales and/or customer service.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations.
• A passion for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

GREAT candidates for the Salesperson position will have:

• Knowledge of floor coverings and the flooring industry is helpful.
• Bilingual is plus.
