Role Description

This is a Sales Executive role at Source Build. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, "warm leads" and developing a pipeline of customers that we regularly follow up with. Spending time developing relationships with industry folks, going to networking meetings and other events that will bring in future long term connections. You must have great communication skills and be excited and able to exceed customer expectations. We need someone that want's to grow with the company and to not think of it as a job but an opportunity for career advancement for long-term growth in a company.

Qualifications

• Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Believing in customer over transactions
• Being Relentlessly dedicated to the long term goals to grow and act as a business owner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
