Your Mission
As a Sales Lead Generator, you’ll be reaching out to marketing firms and working to connect with key decision-makers to qualify if we’re a good fit, set appointments, and most importantly—keep those appointments solid through timely follow-ups and relationship-building. You’re the first voice a potential client hears. In this outbound-focused role, you'll warm up leads, build relationships, and set the stage for our closer to seal the deal.
Ideal for: Goal-oriented communicators, entry-to-mid level sales pros, CRM-savvy individuals
Desired Skills
• Some experience as an SDR or outbound sales role.
• Confidence, resilience, and strong communication skills.
• A hunter’s mindset: you get excited about chasing new business and don’t stop until you get the meeting.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Hours
• Full-time in-office position
• Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch
Compensation
• Pay starts $21/hr + bonus opportunity!
• Opportunity to be promoted to SaaS Sales Rep where pay ranges from $80k to $200k per year
• Grind daily: phone calls, email cadences, LinkedIn outreach, and even direct mail — you use every tool in the toolbox to generate interest.
• Qualify leads using thoughtful discovery.
• Set high-quality appointments that convert into real sales opportunities.
• Track interactions, progress, and outcomes in our CRM.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve targeting.
