You will be responsible for coordinating all the sales and operational issues related to a Metal Product manufacturer. Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the account’s senior management is critical. Having account management skills and post-sales implementation skills are essential to this position. You will have responsibility for ownership of the direct relationship within all Accounts including planning and execution of sales and operative strategies and tactics.

AS A INDUSTRIAL SALES MANAGER, YOU WILL:

  • Develop and drive implementation of corporate business/strategic plans that result in profitable growth
  • Coordination between independent sales representative organization and sales management to achieve sales targets
  • Proactively identify customer requirements including competitive pressures to develop and modify strategy and tactics
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and provide analyst of market position

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Willingness and ability to travel, within the US, Canada and Mexico, up to 75% annually.
  • A valid driver’s license and passport
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Previous experience as a Sales/National Account Manager
  • Corporate or regional sales experience
  • 5+ years of direct selling experience in the automotive industry preferred, gearbox products strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
