Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple priorities. Is familiar with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, or other CRMs (a plus, but not necessary). Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
