We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Product Owner / Manager to support our client Technology organization. This is a newly created role and a long-term contract opportunity with full remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (preferably in development or engineering) and experience in Product Ownership and/or Scrum Master responsibilities. This individual will play a crucial role in driving agile processes, managing project delivery, and interfacing with executive leadership. Responsibilities Lead daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives Drive agile best practices to ensure efficient project delivery Collaborate closely with engineering teams to remove roadblocks Project & Stakeholder Management Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular updates to leadership Maintain and track project delivery schedules Present updates to executive leadership, including AVPs and VPs Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical teams Technical & Cloud Expertise (Preferred) Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a huge plus Ideal candidates have managed GCP projects or have a technical background before transitioning into Scrum/Product roles Budget & Funding Oversight Support budget tracking and funding allocation using Excel Ensure financial transparency and assist in monitoring spending Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Program Manager role Experience leading large-scale technical projects Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks Ability to manage project funding and budgeting using Excel Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Background in software development or engineering Previous experience managing GCP-related projects Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Health and Human Services #J-18808-Ljbffr Gardner Resources Consulting, LLC
