Role Description

This is a contract and on-site role based in Boston, MA, for a Senior Corporate Recruiter. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will also be involved in creating job postings, extending offers, and ensuring a positive hiring experience for candidates.

  • Experience in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques
  • Skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit
  • Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Experience in creating job postings and extending job offers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
