As a Senior Counsel within PNC's national Public Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, D.C.; OR Birmingham, AL. Other locations will be considered based on experience.
In this role, the Senior Counsel would be expected to provide transactional support and regulatory advice to PNC’s national Public Finance business. Knowledge of Municipal bond underwriting is critical and bank financing a plus. The candidate would be expected to have experience with a variety of municipal financing structures as well as the applicable Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) rules.

Base Salary: $130,000.00 – $291,850.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 04/22/2025, although it may be longer with business discretion.
