The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Skincare Category Marketing team to drive creative campaign development and execution. Reporting to the Senior Director of Category & Brand Marketing, Skincare, this role combines analytical thinking with creative vision to drive client acquisition, retention, customer engagement, and skincare sales through marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing campaign strategy for the skincare category
  • Collaborate with business partners to synthesize business objectives, customer insights, and sales forecasts to create strategic marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners across merchandising, brand marketing, digital marketing, creative, social, and other business units
  • Lead creative development of skincare campaigns, including briefings and feedback delivery
  • Ensure flawless execution across all campaign content

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience (agency, retail, or beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (store, digital, social media, and paid media)
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellence in relationship building and connecting insights to actions
  • Outstanding project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with partners at all levels
  • Passion for creative strategy, development, and campaign execution

Management Responsibility

  • Direct supervision of 1 Assistant Manager
  • Reports to Senior Director, Marketing

The annual base salary range for this position is $152,000.00 - $169,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
