We deliver a comprehensive and fully integrated wealth management technology platform to professionals in the financial services industry. Our Product Team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated VP, Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of the Investment Solutions and Reporting offered on our Advisor and Client-facing platforms. This is a key leadership position within our Product Team, requiring a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the wealth technology landscape—particularly in working with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), portfolio accounting platforms, and investment management, as well as trade order management software. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform’s capabilities. As a VP, Product Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and work closely with senior leadership to ensure the alignment of product strategies with overall company goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive innovative solutions, and ensure the delivery of user-centric experiences that support business growth and user adoption. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Investment Solutions Product Manager’s primary functions are to be responsible for and ensure the ongoing success of the Investment Product and Reporting-related functions offered by GeoWealth. This would cover our model marketplace, model build and maintenance capabilities, investment analytics, performance reporting etc. The ideal candidate will be analytically minded, with strong business model/investment product experience and a passion for delivering value and improving client experience. The Product Manager will be expected to possess a “roll-up-your sleeves” mentality and will need to bring thought leadership, organization, and structure to these product areas. Product Documentation Strategy : Oversee the creation and management of comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and other support materials to ensure end users have all necessary resources for successful platform usage. Release Management & Communication : Spearhead the product release strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product rollouts and ensure clear communication of new features and updates. Requirements Gathering & Prioritization : Lead strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and users to identify product opportunities. Translate customer feedback into detailed product requirements and prioritize features based on business impact. Product Roadmap Ownership : Own the product roadmap for your assigned features or products, ensuring alignment with business goals. Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future developments. Cross-functional Leadership : Act as the key liaison between Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and other business units to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed. Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage advanced data analysis to monitor product performance, user engagement, and adoption rates. Use insights to refine product offerings and enhance user experiences. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis : Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the fintech space, particularly within the wealth management and portfolio accounting sectors. Use this information to inform strategic decisions and product development. Collaboration with CPO : Partner closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to align product strategies with organizational objectives. Regularly report on product progress, challenges, and key outcomes. Work with CPO to refine long-term product vision and roadmap. --------------

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering products in the wealth tech industry (experience with RIAs, portfolio accounting platforms, or other advisory services is highly preferred). Leadership: Strong experience with cross-functional leadership, managing teams, and aligning stakeholders around common goals. Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from inception to completion. Product Management: Expertise in product management methodologies, tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucid Chart), and best practices. Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and setting KPIs to guide product success. Ability to think long-term and align product initiatives with business objectives. Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to analyze data, user feedback, and market trends to drive informed decisions. Ability to synthesize complex information and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and product updates to executives, stakeholders, and clients. Background in Wealth Management: Extensive knowledge of wealth management platforms, Turnkey Asset Management Platforms (TAMPs), and/or RIAs is highly preferred. Advanced Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum) a plus. Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior product managers, foster collaboration, and lead by example. --------------
