We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Manage and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Utilize data analysis to track recruitment metrics and refine hiring practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment operations and documentation processes.
• Provide guidance on best practices in recruiting, interviewing, and talent acquisition.• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and networks for sourcing talent.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures and hiring practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of healthcare or clinical trial operations is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and build long-term relationships with candidates.
