Job Description What You'll Do: Managing and monitoring of existing systems and infrastructure. Maintaining system documentation to include system reviews and recommendations. Identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions and improvements. Securing systems by establishing and enforcing policies and defining and monitoring access. Contributing to the definition and implementation of project best practices and quality processes. Skills Set / Technical Expertise: 5 to 7 years of experience with Windows 10, 11 and windows server 2019 and up Scripting knowledge (Ansible, Bash, Python, Powershell) Experience in Active Directory concepts such as domain, tree, users, groups and OU related concepts Experience with Azure (IAAS) such as VMs, azure storage, azure VLANs and VPN gateway is an added advantage. Office 365 administration (users, DLs and Shared mailboxes) is an added advantage Experience in Backup solutions and Disaster recovery products Have strong skillset in Hardware and Datacenter components (Dell, HP and IBM servers) Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog or similar) Strong skillset in configuration and troubleshooting Experience in EMC SAN Storage environment like EMC, VMAX, VNX a plus Strong knowledge in networking protocols and devices TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP Outstanding English languages written and verbal communication skills Analytic Search Group
