You will work directly with us on product development, shaping research at Kiddom, and evangelizing its value and impact. Understand the landscape of Edtech and education fundamentals Work closely with the product team to understand the needs of Teachers, Students, Admins, and Guardians Plan and lead research leveraging both generative and evaluative methods Communicate data clearly to influence product decisions for superior user experiences and measurable impact Instill best practices and foster a culture of critical thinking across the organization What We Look For Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, or related discipline Minimum of 5 years of research experience across the product cycle Ability to inform and participate in product decisions from definition to launch and beyond Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices Excellent organizational and analytical skills Outstanding communication skills for analyses and presentations Collaborative spirit, commitment to quality, and appreciation for technology’s impact on education Salary depends on geography, experience, seniority, and demonstrated role-related ability during the interview process.
