Location: San Francisco, California - Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
Contract type: Full-Time
Salary: $140K - $180K + 0.5%-1.5% equity

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend components for full-stack products.
• Build distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Collaborate across teams to influence the direction of projects through clear communication.

Requirements

• Must be within a 50-mile radius of San Francisco, California.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack product development.
• Experience in building distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Comfort with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with GenAI/LLM fundamentals and ML basics.
• Experience with coding assistants like Cursor or Copilot.
• Understanding of startup ecosystems.
