Prime Air Team Prime Air is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to build and manage our selection strategy. You will own selection for Prime Air to maintain and specifically cater to customer needs for ultra-fast delivery. You will work across external stakeholders such as Retail category leaders, Vendor Managers, and SCOT to optimize our 1P/3P selection. Additionally, this role will be responsible for expanding the existing selection management process to enable new types of US & WW Fulfillment Centers and drive improvements to reduce manual intervention. Role will also partner with the Compliance and D&G team to unlock items restricted by the current will-carry manual and error rates, and support any net-new requirements set by EASA for international expansion (i.e., hazmat). Key Responsibilities Define impactful In-stock metrics and goals for Prime Air owned & operated sites (e.g., Weeks of Cover, Out of Stock, Inventory Age, etc.) aligned with Amazon Retail best practices. Site-level selection – work with science and selection teams to identify a site-level selection list accounting for local customer behavior, site space, and constraints. Driving in-stock – ensure high in-stock levels for speed-sensitive products. Drive ASIN-level forecasting for S&OP planning. Understand domain and competitive landscape of ultra-fast/convenient services. Develop a culture of experimentation and innovation to solve core customer needs by providing relevant, speed-sensitive selection. Qualifications 3+ years of industry work experience. Bachelor's degree. Strong analytical skills with experience in large-scale data analysis and data-driven decision making. Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex technical products. Experience working with technical teams and contributing to technology decisions. MBA or advanced degree (preferred). Experience in marketplace or e-commerce platforms. Track record of delivering strategic growth initiatives. Experience working with international partners. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
