Talent Acquisition Manager Resourcing Associates is seeking a recruitment professional to join our team in New York. The role focuses on sourcing and placing high-level talent for top consulting and private equity clients. Candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in executive search or high‑level recruitment, a proven record of university, collegiate, or industry achievement, and the ability to network with C‑level executives. Pay Range $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year (base). The successful candidate will start at $85,000.00 base with an excellent on‑target earnings (OTE) package that increases with performance and promotion. Responsibilities Research : Understand industry ecosystems and identify key companies and executives relevant to deals. Mapping : Identify and map the key companies and executives that align with client needs. Sourcing & Advising : Interview and secure experienced industry experts and thought‑leaders at the C‑level to serve as advisors to our clients. Client Management & Presentation : Present research findings to clients and recommend the most relevant advisors for maximum impact on the deal process. Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of experience in executive search or high‑level recruitment. Demonstrated ability to network and influence at the C‑level. Track record of achievement within university, collegiate sport, or the search/recruitment arena. High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering client success.
