Job Description:
We are seeking a tax professional with 5+ years of experience, ideally with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) filing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing tax credit sites, performing year-end audits, and handling filing compliance matters. Experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit is highly preferred, but not required.
Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with general property tax duties such as property tax assessments, managing tax filings, tax compliance, and preparing necessary documentation for real estate transactions.
Knowledge of property tax exemptions, deductions, and related tax strategies is a plus. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure accurate tax reporting, compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and managing tax-related concerns.
