Position Responsibilities:
Perform as an instructor/facilitator/technical performance coach independently in a specialized content area from one or more of the following areas of expertise, including but not limited to Aircraft Structures, Aircraft Mechanical, Aircraft Modifications, Aircraft Inspection, Aircraft Drawings, Aircraft Process Specifications, Military Technical Data, and/or Electronic Work Instructions
Conduct learning using a variety of delivery methods, techniques, and platforms
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide learning consultation services
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience performing aircraft structures production, maintenance, and/or training on military aircraft
Experience performing aircraft structural and mechanical work
Experience training and/or mentoring in a technical environment
Experience reading and interpreting Technical Data
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Experience in Fighter Jet Structures procedures i.e. precision drilling, fastener installation/removal, bonding and grounding, torquing, safetying devices, etc.
Experience transferring knowledge through formal or informal modes of training
